1. Free Content & Subscription Cancellation

Because general access to the Menvital website and our interactive vitality tools is completely free, there are no recurring subscription fees, billing cycles, or return hurdles for general readers. Readers receiving our monthly email monograph digest may unsubscribe at any moment with a single click using the unsubscribe link located in every email footer.

2. Institutional Archive 30-Day Guarantee

For academic libraries, university departments, and research clinics subscribed to our premium archival database or requesting physical annual bound monographs (ISSN 2841-9482):

• 30-Day Evaluation Window: Institutional subscribers may evaluate database access for up to 30 calendar days. If the research archive does not fulfill your institution's academic needs, a full 100% refund of the subscription fee will be issued upon request.
• Damaged Bound Volumes: Any physical archive volume received in damaged condition will be replaced immediately with expedited freight at no expense to the library.

3. Refund Processing Timeframes

Approved refund requests for institutional subscriptions are processed back to the original method of payment (ACH transfer or corporate card) within 3–5 business days. An official credit memorandum and accounting receipt will be transmitted electronically.
